Bug#667941: debhelper fixed

Hello,

Just wanted to let you know that debhelper's cmake build system
now respects CPPFLAGS (#668813 is fixed). Thus this bug can be
closed in the next upload of korundum.

Please don't close it. CMake itself still does not have a clue about CPPFLAGS 
which is what this bug is about now.
