Declaring a package as arch: any is fine for the first attempts (until it's tried at least once on other arches, where it might actually build/work) but once it has been proven that there is no actual support for any other arch, and it would require substantial amount of work to port it, then it should definitely not be marked as any. As it is, it just creates noise for the rest of the arches and unnecessary burden to the builders.
