Since 2012, can you reproduce this bug again?
It works fine here with a dark theme.
I think its fixed on the new version.

On edit data dialog for a table the column titles cannot be read if chosen a
dark GTK theme. E.g. this is happening with xfce-dark theme where in a result
black on dark gray is showing.
It should respect the default font color here as well.
