Bug#674675: aptitude-doc: 4 minor fixes to the aptitude.pot template

thanks

 - 2 instances of the command versions mispelled as version
 - what I think is a missing single quote
 - what I think is an error in the explanation of the dependency resolver
costs: 2*removals + 3*upgrades should mean that three removals (2*3)
   equals 2 upgrades (3*2).

Thanks for picking these up, I have applied the changes to the source files.

That last one is tricky – nice find!

Regards

Bug#674675: aptitude-doc: 4 minor fixes to the aptitude.pot template

2012-05-27 Thread Christian PERRIER
Quoting Beatrice (beatri...@libero.it):
 Hi.

I first submitted this bug and the 674664 one to the package
aptitude-doc which is non-existant. I thought that was the name of the
 source package for the documentation.

I looked at the diff file but I'm not sure that I can agree with all
proposedchanges. As I'm not deeply involved in aptitude, I think it
should be up to one of the main developers to decide if these changes
are OK or not.

But thanks anyway, Beatrice and I just committed your documentation
translation (for which I only have one word: wow).

Don't you by chance speak some freench? We need even more active
translators in the French team..:-) (just kidding, of course)

Bug#674675: aptitude-doc: 4 minor fixes to the aptitude.pot template

2012-05-26 Thread Beatrice Torracca
Package: aptitude-doc
Severity: minor
Tags: patch

Hi.

While translating the aptitude.pot template file I found what I think
are 4 minor errors:

- 2 instances of the command versions mispelled as version
- what I think is a missing single quote
- what I think is an error in the explanation of the dependency resolver
costs: 2*removals + 3*upgrades should mean that three removals (2*3)
  equals 2 upgrades (3*2).

I attach a diff patch for the aptitude.pot file.

Thanks,
Beatrice

2012-05-26 Thread Beatrice
Hi.

I first submitted this bug and the 674664 one to the package
aptitude-doc which is non-existant. I thought that was the name of the
source package for the documentation.

I then reassigned them both to the aptitude package.
Sorry I don't know how to reassign them to the source package, but I
guess at least it is not a non-existant/unknow package.

I deeply apologize for the mishap.

Beatrice
