Nothing in xterm as far as I am aware.  Maybe your graphics driver
(either the kernel module or the userspace driver in the package
xserver-xorg-video-$whatever) in Wheezy had problems and disabled
acceleration.

If you still have this problem, please give some information, the
output of "reportbug --template xserver-xorg-core" would be useful.
Otherwise I think there is nothing we can do about this bug anymore.
