Downgrading wouldn't help anything anyway as the fixed dpkg is already
sitting in unstable, waiting 3 more days for migration.

After I rechecked sid/amd64 with piuparts and dpkg 1.16.4.* I didn't
find any further occurrence of this error/warning.
