IMO just the editor would not be enough, there needs to be some actual
usable data that has value and can be used by the engine. But then TBH
I'm not sure what's the current stance on this by ftpmasters, so better
ask them on the fine details.

It seems to me there's no current free software games that can be
played with rlvm? If so then this package would need to be moved from
main to contrib, by reassigning this bug report to ftp.debian.org, but
maybe it needs a new upload, you'll have to sort that out with
ftpmasters. Otherwise just close it and sorry for the noise!
