Seems that not helped. After regeneration of codecs.audio.powerpc.cache stayed  
of the same size - 12 bytes. There's no any MIME types listed there.
Of course, i've rebooted after installing 0.10.36-1.1 from unstable.

This is likely to be caused by , for

If codec detection works correctly, I would expect this file to be
considerably larger and contain some audio MIME types, similar to the
video file you also quoted.

If you upgrade libgstreamer0.10-0 and start a Farstream application like
empathy-call or Pidgin, the cache file should hopefully be regenerated
automatically. If not, try deleting it and restarting the application.
