That's because some guys already partially added it, but didn't finish the job: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=767759 I took the liberty of posting Daniel's patch there. It needs replacing mozilla/nsprpub -> nspr because of source tree's layout change, but after that, it works for me (for the values of "works" being "allows compiling nss against it", but "if it compiles, ship it", right?). As for this patch in Debian: after amending the path, it works, you can ignore hunks that fail to apply as they touch comments in a generated file(!).
