I've just uploaded telepathy-logger 0.8.0-2 in unstable.

Could you please start the binNMU for the level 1 (empathy, gnome-shell
and telepathy-logger-qt).

You should probably wait for the other packages (ktp-*) until they have
migrated to testing (this should happen today or tomorrow).
