The first time, clementine start normally in foreground. So you can change the config at this moment. (ex: tray icons are hidden at bottom-right of your desktop with gnome3) Otherwise, could you give me more information about your system? For example using the usual reportbug tool: `reportbug --template clementine`. Next time don't hesitate to use this template directly on submit.
