Bug#729043: RFS: automx/0.10.0-1 [ITP] automx -- A mail user agent auto configuration service #662168
Hi Axel, I'd sponsor tht package in general as I use it (the old upstream package) and would be happy to see it in Debian. thank you for your support. Looking at the sponsorship request shows me already two issues: * Section: python * Binary: python-automx This is a server application, no python library, hence it neither should be in section python nor should it have the "python-" prefix in the binary package name. My suggestion would be: * Section: mail * Binary: automx I've changed the package to this version and already uploaded it to mentors.debian.net. After a first glance at the source package (mostly debian/rules and debian/control, lintian) I found only one more, but minor issue: * override_dh_installchangelogs is unnecessary. dh_installchangelog at compat level >= 7 guesses the upstream changelog name. And it does so correctly in this case. This is also fixed in the newly uploaded version. Still have to look closer at copyrights and such stuff. I hope everything else is ok. Please let me know if you find something which needs to be changed. Regards, Walter -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
