These are private libraries. They should not be used by external applications,
as they have no stable ABI/API and can be removed at any time. Upstream doesn't
create .so files for them for exactly that reason. 

If there are symbols you would like to use, please engage with upstream to make
them available in one of the public samba libraries.

I found that after introducing samba-libs package one or more so files are 
missed on -dev package, for example libcli-ldap.so, so it impossible build 
packages that need samba libraries, for example winexe.
Can you insert all the samba-libs's so files forgotten on -dev package please?
