Bug#733853: notmuch: package should warn in a NEWS.Debian file about possible pre-upgrade action

Upstream News file mentions actions recommended to do on bigendian
machines _before_ upgrading.  Debian users have already upgraded when
they are provided that file, however.

Please add a NEWS.Debian file that echoes that same warning.

Hi Jonas;

Indeed NEWS.Debian was already in the source package. But it turns out
that's the wrong name :(. Thanks for the heads-up, rebuilding...
