I think we should just fix util/dependencies.lua, there are plenty of
outdated instructions there (concerning Debian).  And hopefully the
patch will be merged upstream.

prosody recommends lua-sec (through the virtual package lus5.1-sec,
but it doesn't matter). Though I guess it's time to turn this soft
dependency into a hard one. XMPP server without TLS may become useless
in the future.

I am sorry I missed that. I think you should leave it as
a recommendation, but maybe update/patch the message displayed when
it's not installed.
