Control: tags -1 + moreinfo

When reassigning bugs, please CC the maintainers of the package. They
only get the message from the control bot.

Since you have dmo in your sources list, please reproduce the problem without
any packages from dmo installed. Please also include the dependency
information from reportbug (run reportbug -N #bugnumber).
