Bug#764284: [testdisk] after ntfs-3g upgrade, testdisk cannot be installed (Depends: error)

2015-01-10 Thread Dimitris

hey all,

it seems latest ntfs-3g in sid, has a new libntfs-3g853 and wants to
remove testdisk which depends on previous virtual package libntfs-3g852.
aptitude reports :
testdisk : Depends: libntfs-3g852 which is a virtual package.

another package affected from this transition (in my system) is partclone:
partclone : Depends: libntfs-3g852 which is a virtual package.

if these should be separate bug reports, plz let me know and i will file
new ones.

thx,
dimitris.
