Known issue with scons not understanding gcc's -isystem flag.

Jörg, have you heard from your sponsor on getting scons uploaded?  You
may also want to look at the feedback I left on mentors.debian.net.

The full build log is attached; please do let me know if the problem is
unreproducible, in which case I shall try to investigate further. It seems,
however, that the s390 build fails with exactly the same error.
