Jep that was during a dist-upgrade to jessie. I think this should work
and if I need to upgrade db-util first this should be expressed in terms
of the dependency in sks.

Since sks needs db5.3_upgrade I think it should depend on db5.3-util, and
not on db-util which installs unversioned links like db_upgrade (unused by
sks).
IMHO the bug should be RC as well, since the wheezy-jessie upgrade fails.
