Dear Maintainer,

I changed my system partition to btrfs compressed (zlib). If the bootmenu comes
from this partition it takes a long time (> 30 s) to show the bootmenu. After
that waiting time all is OK.

My solution: a little extra partition with ext2 and using of
mount -t ext2 /dev/sdaX /media/grub2
grub-install --root-directory=/media/grub2 /dev/sda
grub-mkconfig -o /media/grub2/boot/grub/grub.cfg

With that change the timing is normal.
