Dear Maintainer,

When ispecting NTP packets with -v option tcpdump interprets
the content as:

        Server, Leap indicator:  (0), Stratum 2 (secondary reference), poll 
10s, precision -20

Actually the poll interval is not 10 sec but 2^10 seconds.
