Thanks for suggestion, Jelmer.

Indeed after I have set the password smbpasswd -w password the
problem has gone. And you're right: the message of the issue is that
winbindd should not segfault, but should gracefully exit, or keep
retrying (but not aggressively, e.g. every 5 mins).
