Dear Maintainer,
Death tests (e.g. GTEST_HAS_DEATH_TEST) seem to be not provided on
kfreebsd-* architectures [1].
Looking at the source code [2], seems like it could be supported but a
FreeBSD-specific OS define is missing. Please add if possible.
