A newer version of pulseaudio is now available in jessie-backports. Does
it fix your issue?

We already have pulseaudio 6.0 in testing/unstable. Do you know if the
problem is fixed in that version?

But unfortunately, jessie will not receive a 6.0 update, as it
introduces too many changes.
