I think there is no library transition needed.  I assumed that this would
made be clear by the upload.  It might help to make the sentence

more prominent in the initial bug report so that even people like me
could understand in the first place.  I guess no real harm is done
(except for a delayed migration possibly).

That's not what this bug is about.  This bug is about whether you want
to do a library transition.  If you don't, you should just have closed
this bug without an upload.  A rebuild with g++ 5 had already happened
anyway.
