Dear Maintainer,

After installing icedtea-plugin, I ran the test on this page:

  https://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

Clicking "Verify Java version" resulted in an animated "Error" text
string, which appeared in the window.  This is the stack trace:

I also tried some other java browser plugin test sites.  Same error at
