Bug#804376: static library not linked correctly

There's a mistake in the command that should create the final static 
library.

In debian/rules line 51:
mv x265-8bit/libx265.a x265-8bit/lib264_main.a

It should be:
mv x265-8bit/libx265.a x265-8bit/libx265_main.a

So the static library is missing the object code for the 10 and 12 bit 
modes.
