Bug#804925: Ability to set user password to a hash

2015-11-12 Thread martin f krafft
Package: vmm
Version: 0.6.2-1
Severity: wishlist

I am migrating users from another server without knowing their
password. I only have hashes, so right now I have to UPDATE the
database directly.

It'd be nice if I could invoke userpassword --hash or
userpasswordhash or userhash and pass it the hash directly for
unmodified storage in the database.
