This is the same issue as in #752930. I've just uploaded 0.63-4 that
should fix it. Could you please verify and unblacklist if it works.

As you can see on
https://ci.debian.net/packages/libe/libextutils-autoinstall-perl/unstable/amd64/
the test suite for libextutils-autoinstall-perl is timing out on ci.debian.net.

Looking at the latest test log, it seems to be deadlocking somehow at
the beginning of the tests?

I am blacklisting the package on ci.debian.net for now, and will
reconsider that when this bug is fixed.
