Package: munin-plugins-extra
Version: 2.0.25-2
Severity: normal
File: /usr/share/munin/plugins/asterisk_*

Instead of going via the call manager API, why not use rasterisk, or
at least offer it as an alternative when the connection is to
localhost anyway? In fact, rasterisk could be the default if none of
URL or user/password are specified, e.g.:

# rasterisk -x 'core show channels'
Channel Location State Application(Data)
278 active channels
67 active calls
34194 calls processed

This is much easier than going via AMI.
