Package: base Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation? I don't know - maybe lcd matrix exchange on a new one at asus service - but I don't think so… * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? If the system reboots or I turn power on there is no problem, but if wakeups from suspend appears message(s) which example I've listed below. * What was the outcome of this action? Suspend and wakeup several times causes rapidly increase the quantity of warnings until further work on tty is impossible. * What outcome did you expect instead? I expect that somebody helps me in disappear these warnings or explanation what can I do or some patch (whatever)… -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.3 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'proposed-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=pl_PL.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=pl_PL.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Listing of example warning: [29891.628862] ------------[ cut here ]------------ [29891.628886] WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 20961 at /build/linux-RYwSFv/linux-3.16.7-ckt20/drivers/gpu/drm/i915/intel_pm.c:5992 intel_display_power_put+0x127/0x150 [i915]() [29891.628888] Modules linked in: vboxpci(O) vboxnetadp(O) vboxnetflt(O) vboxdrv(O) rfcomm bbswitch(O) bnep binfmt_misc pci_stub nfsd auth_rpcgss oid_registry nfs_acl nfs lockd fscache sunrpc ip6t_REJECT xt_hl ip6t_rt nf_conntrack_ipv6 nf_defrag_ipv6 ipt_REJECT xt_LOG xt_limit xt_tcpudp xt_addrtype nf_conntrack_ipv4 nf_defrag_ipv4 xt_conntrack ip6table_filter ip6_tables nf_conntrack_netbios_ns nf_conntrack_broadcast nf_nat_ftp nf_nat nf_conntrack_ftp nf_conntrack iptable_filter ip_tables x_tables x86_pkg_temp_thermal snd_hda_codec_hdmi intel_powerclamp intel_rapl uvcvideo ecb btusb coretemp videobuf2_vmalloc videobuf2_memops videobuf2_core bluetooth v4l2_common kvm_intel kvm videodev media 6lowpan_iphc crc32_pclmul snd_hda_codec_realtek i915 snd_hda_codec_generic joydev snd_hda_intel arc4 aesni_intel [29891.628916] aes_x86_64 snd_hda_controller lrw snd_hda_codec asus_nb_wmi snd_hwdep drm_kms_helper drm asus_wmi sparse_keymap i2c_i801 iwlmvm mac80211 gf128mul mxm_wmi iTCO_wdt iTCO_vendor_support snd_pcm_oss snd_mixer_oss i2c_algo_bit glue_helper iwlwifi cfg80211 snd_pcm snd_timer rtsx_pci_ms memstick i2c_core psmouse ablk_helper snd mei_me evdev ie31200_edac serio_raw cryptd rfkill pcspkr soundcore mei edac_core shpchp video lpc_ich processor ac button wmi battery fuse parport_pc ppdev lp parport autofs4 ext4 crc16 mbcache jbd2 dm_mod sg sd_mod sr_mod crc_t10dif cdrom crct10dif_generic rtsx_pci_sdmmc mmc_core ahci libahci crct10dif_pclmul crct10dif_common libata crc32c_intel ehci_pci xhci_hcd ehci_hcd rtsx_pci r8169 scsi_mod mii mfd_core usbcore usb_common thermal thermal_sys [last unloaded: nvidia] [29891.628958] CPU: 0 PID: 20961 Comm: kworker/0:0 Tainted: P W O 3.16.0-4-amd64 #1 Debian 3.16.7-ckt20-1+deb8u3 [29891.628959] Hardware name: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
