Yes, suihkulokki pointed this out previously.

I requested removal of the armel binaries in bug #820713, and that
already has been processed.
Since the 0.4.5-3 upload, the package builds again on armhf.  At the
moment there is nothing blocking testing migration, it should happen
in the next few days.

I don't think this is necessary.  Since the armel binaries have been
removed, consecutive armel build failures will not block migration.

I managed to get it building on armhf again in Ubuntu with a minor
change [1] and I have tested that it builds on a Debian armhf
porterbox.  I'll upload this to Debian soon, after the new openlibm
has built.

I don't think this will help with armel though.
