The libgsl0-dev package has been renamed to libgsl-dev and has a Provides field on the old package name to ease the transition. This package should switch to use the new package name at some point. Having said that, atlc doesn't depend on gsl at runtime, and I tried building it without libgsl-dev installed and it built fine. Maybe gsl isn't needed at all? Thanks, James
