I suppose we could re-introduce something like

limited to "armhf" architecture. The reason why I did not do it is because I 
think there is a reasonable suspicion that there is a bug affecting "armhf" 
and ignoring it may be a wrong thing to do...

Hello,

There seems to be issue on building golang-gogoprotobuf on armhf. Only a
few tests are missing, we should contact upstream on this, or disable
tests on some architectures?

This is blocking InfluxDB from migrating to testing.
