Package: synaptic
Version: 0.83+nmu1
Followup-For: Bug #837171

When Synaptic closes it deliver a weird error message:

root@frank:/home/frank# synaptic
cannot open /etc/aptapt.conf.d/99synaptic to write APT::Install-Recommends

I think there should be a forward slash in between the two "apt". There is no
/etc/aptapt.conf.d
