This issue was also reported in GitHub:

Updating Nautilus should fix the issue.
For some reason, the "--no-desktop" command-line argument wasn't
working in that version of Nautilus, and that broke the extension.
I can't remove that argument. You can read more details in the GitHub
issue I linked above.

The warning about 'Nautilus' and 'GConf' should be harmless.

I'm going to close this bug (or at least try to do it).
