Yep - been working on it, and should be finished soon.  The DFSG split
makes the process a little more work than you might otherwise expect.

Hi,

Emacs 25.1 has been out for almost a month now (it was released 17th
September 2016).  Could you please package this new version for
Debian?

If you are not able to do so, are you able to use work done by
others?  I could possibly work on it myself, then you simply do the
uploading, as I am not (yet) a Debian developer.
