We are in the middle of the ipython  transition and we are awaiting for the 
ipykernel to b e uploaded.

I needed to uploade spyder in order to fix sardana for the ipython transition.

python3-spyder requires python3-qtconsole, which is a virtual package with no 
actual packages to provide it.
So, python3-spyder cannot even be installed.
