Bug#854341: libchado-perl: FTBFS: The following enviroment variables not detected: CHADO_DB_USERNAME
severity 854341 important thanks On Tue, Feb 21, 2017 at 06:25:05PM +0100, Andreas Tille wrote: > I'm tempted to set the severity to this bug to normal/minor. In my own setup, I use sbuild + eatmydata + overlayfs. I can build most packages with such setup, but sometimes I get some strange build failures which disappear when I stop using eatmydata or overlayfs. An example: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=842786 So I always have to disable those addons and try again after a build failure to be sure that the build failure is real. I believe that this build failure could be similar, because AFAIK docker uses overlayfs internally. But of course, I could be wrong. Thanks.

Hi Chris,s I'm tempted to set the severity to this bug to normal/minor. Could you please try again whether we can even close it? Kind regards Andreas. Hi. It builds ok for me on eight different autobuilders, using sbuild on a sid chroot. Chris, I would try with sbuild and without docker. Thanks.

tags 854341 unreproducible thanks I can confirm that it now also builds for me again. I'm tempted to close this bug again which seems to have been a temporary issue of some Build-Dependency. Chris, what do you think? Kind regards Andreas.
