I think your observation is correct. I should modify it to be more
consistent or at least adding a phrase saying that if using the debian
package, then the command is just a plain `mkchromecast`.

Hi,

The documentation (and help output) refers to running "python
mkchromecast.py", whilst on Debian we are meant to just use
/usr/bin/mkchromecast.

I have no strong feelings either way, but I think the command and
the documentation should at least be consistent. :)
