Unfortunately, this is too late for stretch, but it would probably be
possible for unstable.
Out of curiosity, why do you want it in the package? Nageru isn't all that
useful without a network connection. Note that 1.5.0 (very soon to be
released, ironically just missing documentation updates) does link to the
live website from the Help menu.
