Thanks for catching this.  I didn't notice when the upstream Makefile
changed to deliver this by default.  Fixed in my revision control system
for the next upload.

Being a sample file then this should go into the /usr/share package
examples location above and not into /etc.

Agreed, but it might be useful to install it as an example instead.
A sudoers example already exists, maybe it should be moved to
sudoers.long and the upstream sample installed into sudoers?

the latest update installed a new conffile /etc/sudoers.dist.
Afaics, this is a sample file provided by upstream and I don't think
this should go into /etc, /etc/sudoers and our conffile mechanism is
sufficient.
