Bug#873493: reportbug: confused with python-astroid

This was not correct. Reportbug uses the qa madison url, not the
ftp-master one. It should switch to the latter, as a bug in the qa cgi
contributes to the problem.

To fully solve the problem, reportbug will need to query differently
depending on whether we are looking for the versions of a binary package
or of a source package.

Bugs can be reported against both binary packages and source packages.
The underlying problem is that there are two packages named 'astroid'
(one source package and one binary package) that are not related in any
way. Reportbug uses the ftp-master madison cgi to identify available
package versions. Since the query returns versions for both packages,
confusion ensues.

What can be done to address this?

 (a) rename one or both packages. Is this naming overlap actually
compliant with policy?

 (b) find a madison query pattern suitable for use in reportbug that
will return results only for one of the packages. Help is welcome.

Dear Maintainer,

I've encountered the exact same problem as Norbert. The incorrect
versions being reported for package 'astroid' are those for package
'python-astroid', so it is clear that the underlying problem is that
reportbug looks for 'astroid' but matches with 'python-astroid'.
