Bug#874003: Fixed by both #70 and #75

I just bumped into this bug on Debian stable (I suspect that it appeared
when I updated from 10.0 to 10.1).  I had

# cat /home//.config/xfce4/helpers.rc
FileManager=nautilus

#

and after removing this file the problem seems to be fixed.

I also have the file `/usr/share/applications/exo-file-manager.desktop`
which belongs to the `exo-utils` package, but I haven't verified if
removing it (which leaving the /home//.config/xfce4/helpers.rc in
place) fixes the problem.
