I will upload a new version soon with bumped build-depends on 
newer clisp to fix this.

Dear Release Team,

Please schedule a binNMU of xindy, which has to be recompiled against the new
ABI provided by clisp (note that ABI version is exposed by clisp through the
provided pseudo-package clisp-fasl-loader-, whose value has therefore
been bumped).

Also note that xindy did FTBFS on armel and armhf because of a bug in clisp,
which should now be fixed. It should therefore be given back on those arches.
