Dear Maintainer,

The problem with the current "--stream best" option is that it
includes proprietary video formats like MP4.  Note that youtube-dl has
the very useful option "--prefer-free-formats".

Please add a keyword like "bestfree" to limit the formats to
freedom-respecting formats like Matroska ("webm" aka i43), and then
take the best quality of that shortlist.  Likewise, it would also be
useful to have a "smallestfree" keyword.
