Bug#883989: libreoffice-draw does not allow editing glue points

2017-12-15 Thread Thomas Vaughan
That's great news! It's interesting to me that this bug would seem to go so
long unreported, especially since it affects both MS Windows and Linux.

Maybe editing glue points is not commonly done (though I find such editing
essential to almost any drawing that I do).

Or maybe folks have been lazy like me and not reporting bugs as they
should, while sitting on an old version of Libreoffice and hoping for a fix
some day.

Anyway, it's good to know that a fix is on the way!

Sounds like https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113594
which just got a commit backported into the libreoffice-6-0 branch so
it is (probably) fixed in upcoming 6.0.0 rc1.

Bug#883989: libreoffice-draw does not allow editing glue points

2017-12-09 Thread Thomas Vaughan
Package: libreoffice-draw
Version: 1:6.0.0~beta1-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

For the last few months, I have been unable to add visible glue points or to
edit existing glue points in an old drawing. This problem has persisted since
I upgraded from stable to unstable.

I recently tried the beta of libreoffice-6 in experimental, but it shows the
same behavior.
