Bug#886081: gbatnav: Depends on gconf
I ended up bumping the debhelper compat to 11 but I didn't add your suggested change since it's not necessary now that we aren't using libgnome for gbatnav. By the way, I'm not usually subscribed to the bugs I file so please CC me on bugs if you want me to see your response. Also please keep the subject line useful to make the email make more sense for people who are subscribed to bug email (without them having to look up what package and issue you are talking about.)
