I created a git repo for you if you want to use the Desktop Themes
Team like we did with obsidian-icon-theme.

I intend to package the paper icon theme for the Debian desktop, although the
official webpage (https://snwh.org/paper) does offer a .deb package download it
contains Ubuntu elements, this icon theme uses the Creative Commons Attribution
Share Alike 4.0 license, which meets the DFSGLicenses, see:
https://wiki.debian.org/DFSGLicenses#Creative_Commons_Attribution_Share-
Alike_.28CC-BY-SA.29_v4.0, and it does not conflict with software inside the
(free) main repositories.
