It's a convention not to be so verbose for the initial upload.

  $ find /usr/share/doc -type f -name changelog.Debian.gz -exec zgrep
-C3 'Initial.*Close' '{}' \; | less

You can leave some notes about important stuff, but that does't not
means to be verbose.

OK. You can override it and leave a note in lintian-overrides file.

I noticed that python3-wxgtk4.0 is in the NEW queue [1].
Do we have a chance to build on python3-wxgtk4.0 and
get rid of python2?
